When the platform’s original developer retired, SwimKidz needed more than someone to keep the lights on. They needed a technical partner who could take ownership of a system that was already business-critical, understand it thoroughly, and continue developing it with the same care the business depends on.

The platform manages every layer of the SwimKidz operation. Parent and child records are maintained centrally, with lesson bookings, rebookings, and communications handled through the system. Franchisees manage their own territories through dedicated interfaces. Venues, teachers, and lesson schedules are all administered through the platform, giving the SwimKidz team and their franchisee network a single, joined-up operational hub.

The technical partnership goes beyond reactive support.
